Job Summary:

We’re looking for an AI Agents & Conversational AI Program Manager to own the strategy,

execution, and continuous optimization of externally-facing AI agents/chatbots on our public

website. This role sits within the Marketing department and is responsible for ensuring that

every AI Agent/chatbot interaction — whether from a prospective buyer or an existing

customer — delivers value, accelerates conversion, and reflects our brand voice.

You’ll serve as the product owner for platforms including Qualified and 1Mind, designing

conversational experiences that capture leads, route high-intent visitors to Sales, answer

customer questions, and surface relevant content. This role combines marketing

automation, analytics, experimentation, and light writing to optimize chatbot interactions.

You’ll also collaborate closely with our Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales

teams to drive the success of our conversational AI programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and optimization of Phenom’s web-based
  • chatbots and AI agents across marketing channels.
  • Design and maintain conversation flows, routing logic, FAQs, and engagement
  • triggers aligned to personas, campaigns, and lifecycle stages.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales Development to
  • deploy playbooks that drive lead capture, demo requests, trials, or content
  • engagement.
  • Build customer-focused experiences that assist with support deflection or account
  • expansion
  • Continuously optimize chatbot performance using A/B testing, analytics, and funnel
  • insights (engagement rate, conversion rate, deflection rate, influenced pipeline).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to integrate bots with internal tools to ensure accurate
  • qualification and attribution.
  • Maintain tone of voice, compliance, and governance standards across all
  • conversational touchpoints.

What You've Done:

  • 3-5+ years managing chatbots, conversational marketing, or AI engagement tools
  • (e.g., Qualified, 1Mind, Drift, Intercom , HubSpot Chat, Zendesk, LivePerson).
  • Experience designing conversion-focused messaging or user journeys — ideally in a
  • SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics, lead routing, and marketing performance
  • tracking.
  • Proficient writing skills with a knack for concise, human-like dialog.
  • Ability to collaborate within Marketing and cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps
  • teams.
  • Familiarity with NLP tools, AI prompt engineering, or content generation workflows.
