Role: IT Recruiter – C2H Hiring

We are looking for energetic recruiters with hands-on experience in IT recruitment, especially for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles. If you enjoy fast-paced work and direct impact, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (C2H)

Screening candidates for technical fit and project requirements

Scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines

Maintaining trackers and internal databases

Coordinating onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H experience is a must)

Good understanding of IT skills and technologies

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
