Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our MHPI shared services office in Pune, India. The Managing Director will oversee a team of approximately 50 matrixed professionals, providing dedicated support to our Business Unit (BU) operating divisions. This role requires a strong onsite leadership presence to ensure the effective management and coordination of shared services. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the MHPI shared services office in Pune, India. Oversee HR leadership and ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction to help MHPI grow and scale to support the business. Provide recruitment support, owning the full cycle recruitment and placement of shared service resources. Navigate the complexities of a matrixed environment, where resources report into BU divisions, ensuring effective coordination and communication. Liaise with other Masco organizations in India, driving collaboration, best-practice sharing, and leverage opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a shared services or similar environment. Strong understanding of shared service models and matrixed team structures.
