Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our MHPI shared services office in Pune, India. The Managing Director will oversee a team of approximately 50 matrixed professionals, providing dedicated support to our Business Unit (BU) operating divisions. This role requires a strong onsite leadership presence to ensure the effective management and coordination of shared services. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the MHPI shared services office in Pune, India. Navigate the complexities of a matrixed environment, where resources report into BU divisions, ensuring effective coordination and communication. Liaise with other Masco organizations in India, driving collaboration, best-practice sharing, and leverage opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a shared services or similar environment. Strong understanding of shared service models and matrixed team structures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Experience in liaising with international teams and stakeholders. Bilingual proficiency with strong English as a requirement.
