Navigate the complexities of a matrixed environment, where resources report into BU divisions, ensuring effective coordination and communication. Liaise with other Masco organizations in India, driving collaboration, best-practice sharing, and leverage opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a shared services or similar environment. Strong understanding of shared service models and matrixed team structures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Experience in liaising with international teams and stakeholders. Bilingual proficiency with strong English as a requirement.
