Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end contract labour management including onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with contractors to manage workforce deployment, attendance, and productivity.
Monitor and audit contractor compliance including PF, ESI, wages, and working conditions.
Maintain cordial relations between contract workers, contractors, and management.
Handle grievances and disciplinary issues related to contract labour.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for contract labour data and compliance status.
Collaborate with internal departments for manpower planning and resource allocation.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in a greenfield or large-scale automotive manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with HRMS or labour management systems.
Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
