Responsibilities

• Proficiency in writing all digital content and messaging such as web and microsites, email campaigns, blogs and articles, social media posts, education articles, customer success stories/case studies etc.
• Understand product and competitors and create compelling product messaging and case studies.
• Coming up with visual and copy ideas that align with the brand guidelines.
• Overseeing-writing-rewriting all sorts of copy that goes out, be it on social platforms like LinkedIn, website and apps.
• Coordinating with design and marketing teams will be a part of your daily routine.
• Defining the voice and branding of in-house IPs & partnership projects by brainstorming & working alongside the creative team.
• Setting up efficient deadlines, coordinating with internal teams will be a part of your daily routine.
  

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in copy-writing or content writing in an agency or a startup or company, preferably in the digital/IT B2B or SaaS space.
• Should be comfortable writing and communicating effectively about technology.
• Some domain knowledge of B2B IT industry, ERP-like products or writing experience for CPG/FMCG industry will be a plus.
• Expertise in SEO writing and content management systems preferred.
• Time and project management skills, and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.
