NeoITO is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to support our Business Development (BD) team. The ideal candidate will create compelling content for LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, sales collateral, and customer engagement. This role suits someone who understands B2B communication and can write clear, persuasive content aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and personalized content for LinkedIn outreach, connection requests, and follow-up messages.
• Draft email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and sales communication for prospect engagement.
• Develop content for case studies, sales decks, presentations, and internal BD documents.
• Research industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor messaging to strengthen outreach quality.
• Collaborate with BD, sales, and marketing teams to gather requirements and align messaging.
• Maintain a library of templates, outreach messages, and email copies for BD use.
• Review content performance insights shared by the BD team and refine messaging accordingly.
• Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and communication style across all BD touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of content writing experience, preferably in tech, IT, or B2B-focused roles.
• Strong background in LinkedIn outreach writing and personalized messaging.
• Experience writing email campaigns and high-conversion communication sequences.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into clear, business-friendly content.
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,944.26 - ₹31,777.95 per month
