Job Description

Content Writer


This role will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that educates, informs, and drives pipeline growth. 


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality blogs, thought-leadership articles, landing page copy, and product-focused content. 
  • Write compelling narrative content around field operations, asset management, digital transformation, and AI-driven workflows. 
  • Craft SEO-optimized articles and website copy aligned with brand tone and editorial guidelines. 

Technical & Product Content

  • Create clear and structured

    whitepapers, eBooks, datasheets, product briefs, use-case documents, and solution overviews

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences. 
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all product-related content. 

Outbound & Sales Enablement Content

  • Draft high-impact

    cold outreach emails, outbound sequences, follow-ups

    , and targeted messaging aligned with ICPs (Operations, IT, Finance, etc.). 
  • Support sales with scripts, pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral. 
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to refine messaging based on industry trends and customer pain points. 

Research & Insights

  • Conduct deep research on industry trends across oil & gas, energy, mining, construction, and field services. 
  • Convert domain insights into structured, actionable, and credible content. 

Brand & Content Operations

  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure consistent publishing across platforms. 
  • Uphold brand guidelines and tone across all content formats. 
  • Repurpose long-form content into social posts, newsletters, and short explainers. 


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience

    in B2B SaaS, industrial tech, or technical writing (preferred but not mandatory). 
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to write both technical and non-technical content. 
  • Ability to draft persuasive outbound emails and conversion-focused messaging. 
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing principles, and digital publishing. 
  • Experience creating structured technical assets like whitepapers, case studies, and datasheets. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with field operations, manufacturing, oil & gas, or asset-heavy industries is a plus.
