Experience: 7-10 yrs

Requirements

7–10 years of proven experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and performance-driven content initiatives.
Ability to transform brand positioning into effective editorial strategies that align with marketing and business goals.
Skilled in developing and managing both long-form and short-form content calendars aligned with keyword intent and funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in audience research, competitor analysis, and content audits using tools like

Google Analytics

.
Experienced in creating tone and messaging frameworks to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and formats.
Proficient in designing engaging content structures with compelling hooks, clear narratives, and persuasive CTAs.
Adept at mentoring content teams through structured review processes and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborative approach to work with SEO, Design, and Social teams for cohesive multi-channel execution.
