Job Description

We are looking for a Content Strategy Manager with 7–10 years of experience in driving content strategy and performance planning.

Responsibilities:

Translate brand positioning into editorial frameworks aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage long-form and short-form content calendars mapped to TOFU, MOFU, BOFU stages
Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and content audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA, SurferSEO
Build tone and messaging guidelines ensuring consistent brand voice across blogs, websites, ad copy, scripts, and case studies
Design content structures with strong hooks, narrative arcs, and CTAs for engagement and conversions
Guide writers and editors through review loops, feedback systems, and content templates
Collaborate with SEO, Design, and Social Media teams for integrated content delivery
Monitor and analyze metrics (bounce rate, time on page, conversions) to drive optimization
