BIG Socials is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Content Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team in Kochi! This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a current student eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of content marketing within an agency setting.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, create, and optimize content across various digital platforms, contributing directly to our clients' success and our agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media captions, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Content Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience interests to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Social Media Management: Support the scheduling and posting of content across different social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• SEO Support: Learn and apply basic SEO principles to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments, and actively engage with online communities.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in collecting and analyzing content performance data (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, reach) to identify areas for improvement.
• Brainstorming & Strategy: Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop creative content strategies and campaigns.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam is a plus).
• A strong passion for content creation, digital marketing, and social media.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Eagerness to learn about SEO, content strategy, and digital analytics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
