Content Manager

We seek a talented and strategic Content Manager to lead our content initiatives and drive impactful brand storytelling across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of content marketing, and the ability to manage a team of writers, designers, and strategists to deliver compelling, high-performing content.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
2. Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content across web, social media, blogs, campaigns, email, and more
3. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech, etc.) to ensure content consistency and brand alignment
4. Manage content calendar and publishing schedule
5. Lead a team of writers, editors, and creatives
6. Analyse content performance and optimise based on insights
7. Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences
8. Ensure content is SEO-optimised and aligned with digital best practices

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

1. 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or digital media strategy
2. Strong copywriting, content writing, and editing skills (portfolio required)
3. Experience in managing content teams and workflows
4. Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
5. Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
6. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
7. Creative, analytical, and deadline-driven mindset
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
9. Candidates with a background in Business School will be considered a strong advantage
