Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Executive to support our content and digital teams in

managing, uploading, formatting, and maintaining website content. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, digital publishing, and SEO basics.

Key Responsibilities:

 Upload, format, and publish content on CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or internal CMS).

 Ensure accurate content placement, hyperlinks, headings, images, and metadata.

 Maintain content quality, consistency, and formatting standards across web properties.

 Coordinate with editors, writers, designers, and SEO teams for smooth publishing

workflows.

 Perform basic SEO checks such as meta tags, heading structure, alt tags, and URL hygiene.

 Conduct content audits and update or remove outdated content as per instructions.

 Ensure zero broken links, proper layout, and mobile responsiveness of pages.

 Maintain publishing trackers, reports, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

 Graduate in any discipline (English, Journalism, Mass Communication, IT, or related fields

preferred).

 Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus.

 Good written English with strong attention to detail.

 Basic knowledge of SEO and web publishing standards is desirable.

 Comfortable working with MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking work.

 Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Hands-on exposure through internships, college projects, or blogs.

 Basic understanding of HTML tags (optional).

 Interest in digital media, content, SEO, and online publishing.
