Job Description:

• Design & Lead research backed, engaging educational content strategies.
• Integrate storytelling, real-world examples and analogies into the learning content & plan.
• Collaborate with stakeholders – animators, presenters and subject heads to shape learning content.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D from a reputed institution
• 3-9 Years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design or education research (Grade 9 & 10 – NCERT and ICSE only).
• Relevant experience in cbse 10th board curriculum
• Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred
• Deep understanding of tech enabled learner psychology, attention retention techniques.
• Familiarity with storytelling, interactive content and digital tools for education.
• Understanding of AI tools and Platforms – with the ability to use them for improving productivity and creativity.
