We are looking for an experienced **Operations Head** to oversee and manage the daily operations of our cafés, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the operations of all café outlets and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. * Lead, train, and manage café managers and staff across locations. * Implement and monitor operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. * Drive sales and profitability while maintaining cost controls. * Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships. * Analyze operational data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements. * Coordinate with HR for staff recruitment, training, and performance management. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Introduce new ideas to improve efficiency, customer experience, and brand growth. **Requirements:** * At least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong leadership, team management, and people skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to handle multi-location operations. * Knowledge of P\&L, cost management, and operational KPIs. * Passion for food, beverages, and customer service. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary. * Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding café. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
