Being an elder brother figure, firstly, Josh Talks inspires the youth by providing them access to relatable role-models through stories. This is done in the form of talks that are released over the various Youtube channels of Josh Talks. These stories feature individuals who come from backgrounds similar to the majority of us in India, who have faced similar life struggles yet, against all odds, managed to achieve great success in life. As of January 2024, 5 cr Indians watch a Josh Talk every month. Across all Youtube channels, The Josh Talks Family has over 25mn subscribers. The largest individual channel is Josh Talks Hindi that has over 10mn subscriber

s.Another duty that Josh, as an elder brother, undertakes is teaching English to young Indians. Spoken English has become critical to anyone doing well in the workplace. Josh teaches English through its Josh Talks English Speaking app, available on the android play store. Our Indian brothers and sisters can learn to speak in English from 6 other languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Punjabi. Josh Talks priced the course at a meager Rs. 499 so that every Indian from any part of the country can afford to speak fluently and confident in English, what Josh considers a basic human right.
