Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing engaging and age-appropriate content on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) for students, teachers, and parents in schools. Your role will involve designing lesson plans, activities, and interactive resources aligned with SEL competencies for different grade levels. You will also create scripts, blogs, articles, and social media content to promote SEL awareness in schools. Key Responsibilities: - Develop engaging and age-appropriate content on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) for students, teachers, and parents in schools. - Design lesson plans, activities, and interactive resources aligned with SEL competencies for different grade levels. - Create scripts, blogs, articles, and social media content to promote SEL awareness in schools. - Collaborate with school educators, counselors, and curriculum developers to ensure content accuracy and relevance. - Develop visually appealing presentations, infographics, and videos to enhance SEL learning in classrooms. - Adapt content to different teaching methodologies and school curriculums. - Stay updated with the latest SEL research, trends, and best practices in education. - Work closely with school administrators to implement SEL programs effectively. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and students on SEL topics. - Evaluate content effectiveness and refine strategies for better student engagement. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields. - Certification in SEL, child development, or curriculum design (preferred). - Experience working with a curriculum company is desirable. Additional Details: The company is offering a competitive CTC ranging from 5-8 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications. The work mode for this position is hybrid, located in Noida.
