About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-orientated, and self-driven content creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms to strengthen our brand presence, enhance audience engagement, and support marketing objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and original content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing channels. 
• Create high-quality short-form and long-form videos, reels, images, graphics, and written content. 
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing strategies and brand goals. 
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor study to generate relevant content ideas. 
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness. 
• Optimize content for SEO, platform algorithms, and performance goals. 
• Manage posting schedules, maintain brand voice, and ensure content accuracy. 
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. 
• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in content creation. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Copywriter, or similar role. 
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills. 
• Proficiency in content-creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar. 
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). 
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing basics, and social media analytics. 
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively. 
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, journalism, or a relevant field. 
• Experience with photography, videography, and editing tools. 
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, paid ads, and brand collaborations.
