Internship Overview

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling engine—crafting engaging, educational, and emotionally resonant content that connects with learners and job seekers. You'll collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create impactful digital assets that elevate our brand and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Development- Create compelling written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns - Draft captions, reels scripts, and infographics that simplify career advice and boost engagement - Repurpose existing content into fresh formats tailored for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Collaboration & Strategy

- Work closely with marketing and mentorship teams to align content with brand voice and audience needs - Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch new ideas and campaign themes - Assist in scheduling and publishing content using tools like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite

Research & Trends

- Stay updated on content trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms - Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategy - Contribute ideas for interactive formats like polls, quizzes, and challenges

Qualifications

- Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling and emotional connection - Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and social media platforms - Creative mindset with attention to detail and audience tone - Bonus: Familiarity with video editing or animation tools
