Key Responsibilities:

The Social Media Intern will be the creative engine for our online presence, focusing on hands-on content creation across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Blog, etc.). Your main duties will include:

• Visual Content Production: Shooting high-quality photos and videos of reeora hair products, including product demonstrations, styling tips, and before-and-after concepts.
• Post-Production: Editing videos and images for all social media channels to ensure professional quality and brand consistency.
• Content Planning & Generation: Generating a comprehensive monthly content calendar for all social media pages.
• Copywriting: Developing engaging and informative content surrounding product shots and brand values.
• Blogging: Generating regular, high-quality blog content to support SEO and brand storytelling (Wig Theory, style guides, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Editing Proficiency: Must be proficient and hands-on with at least one or more photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software).
• Experience: Must have prior experience (at least 2–3 months) working in content generation and social media handling for any brand.
• Copywriting Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for generating engaging blog and social media copy.
• Creative Eye: A strong aesthetic sense for product photography and videography, aligning with the premium feel of the reeora brand.

What We Offer:

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive high-level professional guidance at a dynamic, mission-driven brand.

• Compensation: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month (Stipend).
• Mentorship: Direct opportunity to work closely with reeora CEO, Reethika Nair, who brings executive-level experience as the ex-Marketing Head for Omnichannel Transformation at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and previous leadership roles at top media agencies like Lodestar and Kimberly Clark.
• Career Growth: If performance is found satisfactory, the candidate will be considered for a full-time position at reeora upon completion of the internship.

Logistics & Application:

• Location: Vikhroli (West) near Powai, Mumbai.
• Work Model: Hybrid. The candidate must be available to come to the location 2 to 3 times per week for content shooting, product collection, and in-person discussions.
