Digital Azadi is a growing community with a mission to empower individuals to achieve financial independence through the power of digital marketing. Founded by Sandeep Bhansali, Digital Azadi focuses on teaching digital marketing skills in an easy-to-understand manner in Hindi. The initiative combines the concepts of Digital Marketing and Financial Freedom, aiming to help at least a million people create multiple sources of income. With a strong and steadily expanding community of over 2,500 members, Digital Azadi is dedicated to making a tangible impact on people's lives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Pune. The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, developing, and publishing digital content that aligns with the company's vision and mission. Key responsibilities include content writing, social media management, video creation, scriptwriting, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging. The role also involves analyzing content performance metrics and implementing improvements to drive engagement and growth within the community.

Qualifications

Content Creation, Content Writing, and Scriptwriting skills for compelling, engaging, and value-driven content.
Hands-on experience with Social Media Management and Digital Marketing strategies, with the ability to create and schedule engaging posts.
Proficiency in Video Creation, Editing, and Storytelling to produce high-quality video content.
Research and Ideation skills for identifying industry trends and creating innovative content strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Experience in teaching or communicating digital marketing concepts is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
