Customer Success Associate

Position: Student Success Manager Employment Type: Full-time (Remote - Virtual Office) Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary Range: (based on interview performance and skills) About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Student Success Manager to join our team. The role focuses on guiding, supporting, and engaging with students to ensure they achieve their learning goals and have a smooth experience with our programs. Key Responsibilities : Act as the primary point of contact for students and provide continuous support. Guide students in resolving academic or technical queries. Ensure timely follow-up and track student progress. Build strong relationships with students to maintain high satisfaction levels. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates. Requirements : Married women candidates preferred. Proficiency in Hindi (spoken) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Own laptop with a stable internet connection (mandatory). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge. Previous experience in customer support, counselings, or student engagement will be an added advantage.
