Role & ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging final outputs for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and Ads. Add transitions, effects, music, sound design, captions, and graphics that match Digital Azadi’s brand voice. Collaborate with content creators, trainers, and the marketing team to deliver storytelling-driven edits. Repurpose long-form content (webinars, workshops, events) into short-form clips optimized for multiple platforms. Ensure brand consistency in color grading, typography, and overall visual identity. Stay updated with latest editing trends, AI tools, and social media content formats. Deliver projects on time, with a strong focus on quality and storytelling impact. RequirementsProven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio of YouTube/Instagram work is a must). Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus). Knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, and basic color grading. Creative mindset with attention to storytelling, rhythm, and audience engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment. Bonus: Experience in editing educational, motivational, or digital marketing content.
