Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative social media & Content Executive to handle content creation, platform

management, video editing, and basic product shoots. The ideal candidate should be skilled in design tools, social media trends, and content performance analysis.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.

certifications in social media marketing or digital content creation are a plus.

● Personality: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of

visual aesthetics and a passion for digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Collaboration

● Develop engaging content for social media

● Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

● Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets like images, videos, infographics,

& reels.

● Brainstorm new and creative ideas for campaigns and content formats.

Social Media Management

● Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn,

Facebook, and Pinterest.

● Maintain a consistent posting calendar that aligns with brand campaigns and product

launches.

● Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and monitor community feedback.

Analytics & Optimization

● Track and analyze key engagement metrics across platforms.

● Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve content and

strategy.

● Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

Post & Video Editing

● Create and edit short-form videos (reels/stories) and static posts for all social platforms.

● Ensure visual content aligns with the aesthetic and tone of the brand.

● Work with raw footage and assets to produce polished content that drives engagement.

Product Shoot

● Execute basic product photo and video shoots.

● Coordinate styling, layout, and lighting to create clean, social media-ready visuals.

● Capture behind-the-scenes content to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in managing social media accounts.

● Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & Pinterest algorithms and best

practices.

● Excellent writing skills with an eye for design and detail.

● Knowledge of SEO principles and social media analytics tools.
