Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Content Creator located in New Delhi. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging multimedia content across retail, fashion, and manufacturing topics. The role involves writing, researching, scripting, and producing short videos or graphics tailored for digital platforms. Daily tasks include researching industry trends, developing story ideas, creating scripts, basic video shooting/editing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the brand’s objectives. The individual should be comfortable facing the camera and able to simplify industry topics into clear, engaging content that resonates with our professional audience.

Qualifications

• Degree in fashion, apparel, textiles, fashion communication, or a related field (must have studied fashion).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the apparel and fashion industry.
• Strong skills in writing, research, content strategy, and editing.
• Ability to present confidently on camera for explainers, interviews, and industry stories.
• Basic video editing and content production skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including simple graphic design, photography, and short-form video creation.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media publishing tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills for identifying story angles and industry insights.
• Knowledge of SEO, content performance metrics, and digital best practices.
• Good organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Familiarity with trends in retail, fashion, and apparel manufacturing is an added advantage.
