Role Description
Content Creator
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality reels and short-form videos focused on cocktails, recipes, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes and brand storytelling.
- Produce content optimised for Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot product photography, ingredient shots, lifestyle images, and creative flatlays with consistent brand aesthetics.
- Generate new creative ideas around cocktails, party culture, seasonal themes, new launches, gifting, and home-entertaining.
- Script, storyboard, and develop visual narratives that communicate the brand’s mission and real-ingredient philosophy.
- Create daily social media content including reels, photos, stories, posts, and ad assets.
- Stay updated on platform trends, audience preferences, and emerging content formats.
- Edit videos with clean transitions, text overlays, colour grading, and brand-aligned styling.
- Maintain organised content libraries and manage raw footage and final assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and performance teams to create content for campaigns, ads, website, and product pages.
- Coordinate with influencers and UGC creators to ensure consistent visual direction and content quality.
- Capture content during events, sampling activities, shoots, and retail activations.
- Track content performance and use insights to refine future creative direction and output
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Creator, Social Media Creative, or Editor
- Strong portfolio of reels, video edits, and visual content (food and beverage experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in shooting, both mobile and camera-based
- Skilled in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, VN, etc.
- Knowledge of photography, lighting, and composition
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, short-form formats, and digital storytelling
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, Design, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills (Optional but valuable)
- Experience working with food or drink brands, D2C brands, or lifestyle brands
- Ability to create simple cocktail recipes
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
- Experience shooting lifestyle content with people or models
- Understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems
