The Role

We’re hiring a

Content & Brand Marketing Manager

who can

own our marketing function end-to-end

. You’ll manage our website, build our content strategy, lead social media, and bring client stories to life through case studies and testimonials.This role requires someone

independent and proactive

—you won’t be spoon-fed. You’ll be expected to strategize, plan, and execute content that elevates Roboto Studio as a thought leader in web development.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Marketing

  • Own and manage the agency website, ensuring it stays up to date with blogs, service pages, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Create compelling case studies, testimonials, and editorial content that highlight client success stories.
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to translate complex web projects into engaging narratives.

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage a consistent content calendar without external prompting.
  • Drive thought leadership by engaging with developer/design communities (e.g., Sanity Exchange, Vercel ecosystem).

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Use analytics (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, PostHog, etc.) to measure content performance and adjust strategy.
  • Report insights back to the team and flag opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and explore new areas like Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

Collaboration & Storytelling

  • Partner with clients directly to capture authentic testimonials and feedback.
  • Work with internal developers/designers to market projects effectively.
  • Suggest new marketing tools and techniques to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in content marketing, brand marketing, or digital marketing (agency or B2B tech experience ideal).
  • Strong writing/storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics for a wider audience.
  • Proven ability to independently plan, strategize, and execute campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
  • Comfortable with website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience creating simple visual/video content (Canva, Screen Studio, Final Cut Pro).
  • Exposure to developer/technical communities (Next.js, Vercel, Sanity).
  • Interest in forward-looking areas like AI in marketing and AEO.
