We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Customer Experience team, specializing in
real-time container sales
and
hardcore operations
support. This role focuses on delivering seamless post-onboarding services to customers while actively driving container sales and managing operational activities to ensure superior service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real-time container sales, ensuring immediate response and accurate information to customer inquiries.
- Drive container booking conversions, collaborating closely with frontline sales and trade teams.
- Handle customer case management, issue resolution, and timely follow-up on escalations.
- Oversee customer onboarding processes, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth transition into the Maersk system.
- Execute contract and dispute management, resolving conflicts and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform hardcore operational tasks, including coordination with internal stakeholders across logistics, planning, and documentation.
- Proactively manage the customer channel, ensuring all communication is timely, professional, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Support backend operations through skilled administrative and technical tasks, maintaining high data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of container sales processes, including spot sales, dynamic pricing, and last-minute booking strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams across functions.
- Experience in logistics, shipping operations.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and exercise judgment within defined guidelines.
- Proficiency in using systems and tools for case management, documentation, and real-time updates.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
Profile:
- Entry to mid-level experience in customer experience or operations in container sales
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset with the agility to respond in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- Capable of balancing standardized work routines with occasional deviations to resolve exceptions.
