Implement a consultative approach to deepen partnerships and position Dale Carnegie India / Walchand Plus as the preferred learning solutions provider. Provide post-sales support and strategic account planning to maximize client lifetime value. Strategic Solution Development & Execution: Design and present bespoke learning pathways, combining in-person, online, and blended training formats. Leverage digital learning tools, assessments, and competency frameworks to enhance training effectiveness. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, HR and talent development best practices, and evolving corporate learning needs. Actively participate in industry events, business forums, and networking groups to expand professional connections. aProposal Development & Project Management: Write and manage business proposals, ensuring clarity, alignment with client needs, and strategic positioning. Oversee the execution of client projects, coordinating with internal teams for seamless delivery. Ensure project economics and value-based pricing strategies are maintained for profitability.
