Senior Analytics Consultant

As a Data Scientist/Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the analytics delivery process. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to all stages of analytics delivery, from data preparation to solution development - Translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Performing data analyses using tools like SQL, Python, and Excel and applying statistical methodologies - Prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals in a dynamic environment - Assisting in hiring, providing training, and fostering a collaborative team culture - Supporting solution design, RFPs, analytics surveys, and market research - Contributing to strategic decisions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to gain buy-in for priorities Qualifications and Critical Requirements: - 4-8 years of experience in data science, business analysis, or related fields - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Analytics, Economics, MBA, or equivalent - Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills - Ability to learn business aspects quickly, multitask, and prioritize projects - Experience with statistical concepts, basic AI algorithms, and insight generation - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for engaging with various audiences - Knowledge of P&C insurance industry and emerging AI trends Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with AI and ML techniques like GenAI, foundational models, and large language models - Prior experience in P&C Insurance Analytics and Analytics consulting This job offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging analytics projects, develop creative solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the company.,
