Role Overview: As a Senior Success Guide at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in realizing value and enhancing the adoption of Salesforce Analytics, with a particular focus on Tableau. Your responsibilities will include delivering targeted engagements for Premier and Signature customers, blending business acumen with deep product expertise to coach customers on best practices and product capabilities. You will provide prescriptive recommendations, expert coaching sessions, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business goals and drive measurable product adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver 1:1 Expert Coaching Sessions and respond to Success Requests - Provide actionable best practices and technical guidance across Tableau capabilities such as LODs, calculated fields, data modeling, data prep, and performance optimization - Support Tableau adoption and customer value realization - Drive proactive engagements across Premier and Signature accounts - Contribute to team learning and development; act as a mentor to peers - Participate in product upskilling initiatives and provide feedback to improve internal programs - Stay current on Salesforce releases and Tableau innovations - Participate in internal and external enablement, including content development - Complete all required company and role-based ACT courses on schedule Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success - Certifications: - Preferred: Tableau Data Analyst, Salesforce Advanced Administrator - Strong consultative and customer-first engagement style - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all audiences - Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver under pressure - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Company Details: Salesforce is the Customer Company that inspires the future of business by incorporating AI, data, and CRM into its solutions.
