Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Success Guide at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers to realize value and enhance adoption of Salesforce Analytics, with a primary focus on Tableau. Your responsibilities will include delivering targeted engagements for Premier and Signature customers, providing prescriptive recommendations to improve Tableau adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide prescriptive recommendations, best practices, and technical advice to enhance Tableau adoption and accelerate business outcomes - Deliver 1:1 Expert Coaching Sessions and respond to Success Requests across all customer segments - Become a subject matter expert in Tableau (Cloud, Desktop, Core) and contribute to internal knowledge sharing - Administer work in alignment with Global Guide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Participate in enablement sessions, ACT training, and Trailhead learning to stay updated on product innovation - Support Tableau adoption and customer value realization - Contribute to team learning and development; act as a mentor to peers - Stay current on Salesforce releases and Tableau innovations - Participate in internal and external enablement, including content development - Complete all required company and role-based ACT courses on schedule Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success - Certifications: Preferred Tableau Data Analyst, Salesforce Advanced Administrator - Strong consultative and customer-first engagement style - Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver under pressure - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of CRMA, Einstein Discovery, or other Salesforce analytics tools Additional Company Details: Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM company that aims to inspire the future of business with AI, Data, and CRM.
