The ideal candidate should possess a specialty in Recruitment, specifically in Head Hunting, Search Assignments, and Top-Level CXO Recruitment. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and business development expertise. Responsibilities You will manage the end-to-end Search process and become the trusted advisor and subject matter expert around candidate sourcing effectiveness. Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future requirements Manage all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process Create an assessment summary for prospective candidates Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization Develop the Sourcing strategy and lead execution Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from interview preparation to assisting with final offer negotiation Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships Utilize your understanding of various recruiting sources and implement creative recruiting techniques to identify exceptional people and explore new business opportunities Create relationships with clients and candidates that benefit both parties and collaborate with a motivated team.
