Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lateral hiring recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies for attracting top talent from UK, US and APAC Regions with their lateral hiring needs. This role requires excellent Sourcing skills, relationship building, and managing end to end Recruitment process for experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with specific business units to fulfill international and domestic lateral hiring requirements across multiple geographies.

• Source, screen, and recommend experienced candidates for overseas roles, ensuring alignment with local compliance and cultural fit.
• Leverage global sourcing channels, including Job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with hiring leads and managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across borders.
• Manage offer negotiations in line with regional compensation benchmarks and oversee onboarding for international hires, ensuring adherence to global mobility and relocation policies.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting Sales and Technology team hiring for US, UK, and APAC regions.

Key Competencies

• MBA in HR, Good academic background
• 1 years of relevant experience lateral Hiring into Sales, finance, and other Non-Tech hiring
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated and willing to work hard
• Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
