Key Responsibilities:

Lead
state-level program delivery
across Maharashtra with
clear performance and Achive targets
.
Build and implement
state delivery roadmaps
aligned with partner and organizational goals.
Drive
on-ground execution
ensuring both quality and quantity milestones are achieved.
Manage
partner, client, and government stakeholder
relationships for smooth coordination.
Mentor and monitor field teams
to ensure effective delivery, training, and performance.
Build and maintain a strong
resource pool
within the state for scalable deployment.
Track progress, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for
target achievement
.
Support
business development
through delivery innovations and success documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in
target-driven program delivery
and team leadership.
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Marathi (mandatory).
Strong
data management, reporting, and analytical
capabilities (Excel, PPT, dashboards).
Empathetic and people-focused leadership with decision-making ability.
Willingness to
travel extensively
across districts and rural areas.
Hands-on experience in
resource and performance management
.
