Responsibilities:
1. Analyze data from citizen interactions to identify trends and solutions.
2. Conduct deep-dive analysis on citizen applications and address issues.
3. Make outbound calls to gather information from applicants.
4. Assist citizens via helpline, explain schemes, resolve queries, and encourage new applications.
5. Verify documents uploaded on the portal.
6. Generate reports and share insights with the operations team.
7. Stay updated on products and services.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in at least two languages (e.g., Hindi, any 1-2 regional language)
2. BPO or telephony system experience preferred.
3. Strong communication, Excel, and reporting skills.
