And equally important - you listen and reflect back what others communicate to you Regularly demonstrate these qualities - drive, motivation, determination, dedication, resiliency, honesty, and enthusiasm Be culturally aware and sensitive Be flexible under pressure Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and presentation skills Ability to communicate with non-technical people Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 8-12 years of experience on iSeries platform (AS400, RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2, SQL) Good knowledge Code packaging, Change Planning and Production Release, Subsystems, Backup and Restore process etc Good knowledge of MQ, Connect Direct and sFTP interface setup on iSeries Test Environment Build, Maintenance, Support and Manage access controls/governance on iSeries platform Strong understanding/hands-on of CI/CD pipeline coupled with DevSecOps Methodologies Good Knowledge of code promotion to different Test and Live environments via source control tools (RTC-ARCAD) Good knowledge on work management, DASD monitoring, allocation, and clean-up Working knowledge/Certification of any Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a must Good knowledge of Agile Framework (Scrum Methodologies) Tools: Good working knowledge of DevSecOps Tools (RTC, ARCAD, Jenkins, Service Now, Ansible, GitHub) You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
