Job Description

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, including 6 years in a relevant field, you are sought for a position based in All India Locations with a hybrid work mode from 1 PM to 10 PM IST shift. Immediate availability is necessary for this role. Your primary expertise should lie in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management and Employee Central. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Route Maps, Rating Scales, Merit Guidelines, Lookup Tables, and Eligibility Rules. - Handling Budgeting and integrating with Performance Forms. - Working with MDF Objects, Position Management, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions). - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across modules. - Managing end-to-end system changes, including testing, implementation, and post-go-live support. - Performing manual data uploads when required. - Leading testing and support for PMGM, Compensation, and Employee Central. - Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues and support tickets. - Driving yearly HRIS cycles such as Performance Reviews and Compensation Planning. - Training and mentoring other HRIS team members. - Maintaining internal documentation, ensuring data security and compliance. - Working on reporting, user stories, and dashboards. - Engaging directly with clients and providing education on compensation processes. Preferred qualifications for this position include a background in global HR environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency in project management.,
