Hiring For IT-Engineer (IT Infrastructure, System & Cloud Engineer) Job Description:: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled L3 IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core networking concepts, hands-on experience with cloud environments (especially Azure), and solid knowledge in systems administration, security, and infrastructure monitoring. This role will focus on advanced support, configuration, security enforcement, and optimization of IT infrastructure and services Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced (L3) technical support across network, system, and cloud infrastructure. Design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions using BGP, Static Routing, and SD-WAN technologies. Manage and configure switching technologies including VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, and traffic segmentation. Configure and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs), Route Maps, and Prefix Lists for traffic filtering and routing. Administer Windows-based environments; Linux exposure is a plus. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services). Deploy and manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, NSGs, Storage Accounts, VNet Peering, Synapse, Databricks, and more. Oversee Office 365 administration via the O365 Admin Center. Configure and manage DNS services including cloud-hosted DNS solutions. Perform regular vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus; familiarity with Nessus Agent is a plus. Configure and maintain Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewalls, preferably Sophos. Manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF), e.g., Barracuda, and Email Security Gateways. Support endpoint protection using EDR/XDR platforms (Sophos preferred). Monitor and analyze logs through SIEM tools like ManageEngine Log360; SOAR experience is advantageous. Utilize monitoring tools such as Site24x7 and PRTG to maintain service health and uptime. Adhere to ITIL-based processes and contribute to incident, problem, and change management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of OSI model, IPv4 addressing, subnetting. Proficient in core networking protocols: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, NAT, SMTP, SNMP, FTP, etc. Experience managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure (especially Microsoft Azure). Solid grasp of Windows systems administration; Linux experience is beneficial. Expertise in identity and access management using AD and ADFS. Familiarity with modern cybersecurity tools and techniques for threat detection and mitigation. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to infrastructure reliability. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Individual driver’s scorecard & violation history Quarterly Summary of Deviations/Violations Monthly meeting records with depot management. Compiled report for with observations and key recommendations to Road Safety Committee meeting Preferred candidate profile Drive an electric bus safely and efficiently. Maintain a safe discipline level among passengers. Observe and report safety hazards and need for maintenance and repairs. Read and navigate from visual and written maps. Learn and apply policies and procedures related to driver discipline. Observe legal and defensive driving practices. Administer first aid. Maintain routine records. Understand and follow oral and written directions. Communicate effectively and professionally with drivers and other members at depot. Meet schedules and time lines. Operate a two-way radio and other communication equipment. Handle situations with tact and diplomacy. Work cooperatively with all people at depot level. Adjust to situations as necessary. Supervise and motivate bus drivers. Maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Relicense bus drivers when certificate/documents expire.
