We are seeking a visionary Business Technology Leader to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, drive automation strategies, and lead the integration of IIoT technologies across our operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, bridging business needs with cutting-edge technology to unlock operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Digital Transformation Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and digital culture across departments.
• Automation & Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities for automation in manufacturing, supply chain, and business processes.
  • Lead deployment of RPA, AI/ML, and smart systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• IIoT Implementation & Integration
  • Oversee the design and rollout of IIoT solutions for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and asset optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of sensors, edge devices, and cloud platforms.
• Technology Leadership & Governance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to drive innovation and scalability.
  • Establish governance frameworks for data security, compliance, and system interoperability.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
  • Act as a strategic partner to C-suite executives, translating business needs into tech initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sustainability teams to align tech initiatives with business outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 20+ years in technology leadership roles within the energy or utilities sector.
