We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager / Scrum Master
to manage multiple Agile squads within a critical client transition program. This role will focus on client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project governance
, while also driving Agile practices as a Scrum Master
. The ideal candidate will combine strong delivery management skills with the ability to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across squads. Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of Agile squads, ensuring alignment with
program objectives and client priorities

Act as the
primary point of contact for client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
. -
Drive
project governance, reporting, and compliance
across all squads. -
Identify, track, and manage
program risks, dependencies, and issues
, with proactive mitigation strategies. -
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as a
Scrum Master
. -
Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Partner with the Transition Lead to ensure delivery quality, technical alignment, and smooth knowledge transition.

Ensure timely communication of delivery progress, escalations, and updates to client and internal leadership.

Manage capacity planning, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines across squads.

Foster a culture of
accountability, transparency, and empowerment
within teams.
Requirements

bachelors Degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. -
8 10+ years of professional experience
in software development and delivery, with at least 3+ years in project/program management or Scrum Master roles.

Proven experience managing
multiple Agile squads
in enterprise-scale delivery programs. -
Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
; certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe
are preferred. -
Demonstrated expertise in
stakeholder management, client engagement, and program governance
. -
Experience with
risk management and mitigation
in large-scale software projects. -
Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud, QA processes).
