Consultant

• Act as the

  primary delivery owner and technical SPOC

  for the client during the transition program.
• Lead and oversee the delivery of

  full stack development and quality engineering activities

  across multiple squads.
• Provide technical guidance in

  backend (Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs)

  and

  frontend (React/Redux)

  development.
• Drive

  knowledge transfer, onboarding, and ramp-up

  of the new team replacing contractors.
• Ensure adherence to

  engineering best practices, DevOps principles, and Agile delivery frameworks

  .
• Partner with the Project Manager/Scrum Master to align delivery execution with program governance.
• Contribute to

  architectural discussions, performance optimization, and enterprise integration

  .
• Champion

  CI/CD practices, automation, and modern deployment strategies

  (containerization, IaC).
• Track delivery risks/issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and introduce new best practices as required.

• Bachelor s Degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• 8-10+ years of professional experience

  in software development and delivery, with at least

  3+ years in a leadership/technical lead role

  .
• Strong

  full stack expertise

  including:

  • Backend

    : Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices.

  • Frontend

    : React/Redux, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, UI best practices.

  • Database

    : MySQL/Postgres (schema design, SQL optimization), exposure to NoSQL is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with

  AWS services

  (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions, CloudWatch, IaC).
• Familiarity with

  Linux-based systems, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Knowledge of

  data streaming technologies (Kafka)

  is an added advantage.
• Experience working in an

  Agile/Scrum environment

  with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience in

  mentoring, technical leadership, and client engagement

  .
