Minimum 3+ years of experience working with HR process or HR Operations.

Experience with HRIM system, preferably PeopleSoft.

Technical skills required to use common applications including MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Word & Excel.

Knowledge of key aspects of employment law.

Understanding of Data Protection laws and policies and how this applies to their activities
