Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our construction projects/products. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the construction sector.
  • Identify and secure new projects, clients, and partnerships (builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, government bodies).
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and participation in exhibitions/trade shows.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the project, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Track and report monthly sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a small sales/business development team if required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in , Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales/business development in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strong network of contacts with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹389,573.65 - ₹1,449,850.53 per year
