Hiring: Project MIS & Operations Controller (Civil Works)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Civil preferred)

Sunrise Overseas is looking for a Project MIS & Operations Controller to manage project reporting, material tracking, and coordination for our civil & road projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate DPRs from all sites

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports & dashboards

• Track material stock, consumption, and pending requirements

• Monitor labour & machinery deployment

• Maintain work-done reports and calculate material averages

• Support billing with BOQ verification & quantity reconciliation

• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and site teams

• Assist in profit calculation and applicator payment sheets

Skills Required

• Strong in Excel / Google Sheets

• Understanding of civil materials, roadwork processes & BOQs

• Good communication, coordination & analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently from the head office
