Role Description As a Business Development Manager at Sunrise Overseas, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our footprint in the road safety and infrastructure industry. Your role will focus on securing government and private contracts, maintaining long-term partnerships, and promoting our wide range of products, including thermoplastic paints, road studs, cat’s eyes, gantries, crash barriers, and more. Qualifications • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: 7 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in the government sectors), preferably in the infrastructure, road safety, or construction materials industry. • Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Leadership Abilities: Capable of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. • Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer satisfaction, especially in government department dealings • Sales & Pitching: Skilled in product pitching, negotiations, and closing deals effectively. • Target-Driven: Ability to set, pursue, and achieve sales targets with a strategic, goal-oriented approach. • Market Knowledge: Awareness of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor analysis in the infrastructure and road safety space. • Presentation & Personality: Must have a commanding presence, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills to represent the company confidently in high-level meetings. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the company’s exponential growth Show more Show less
