Civil Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Location: Office-Based (Site Visits as Required)We are looking for a dynamic and organized Civil Project Manager / Project Coordinator to manage and support multiple infrastructure and civil work sites from our office. The role includes supervising teams, handling client communication, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of all project activities.🔹Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple project sites remotely. • Manageand guide site supervisors, operators, and project teams. • Act asthe primary point of contact for clients—providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. • Plan logistics, material movement, machinery deployment, and resource allocation. • Prepare and track work schedules, DPRs, measurement sheets, and documentation. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery of materials and machinery. • Managebilling activities, prepare supporting documents, and assist in invoice submission. • Monitor project progress, timelines, and costs to ensure efficient execution. • Conduct site visits when required for inspections or client meetings.🔹Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. • 2–5+ years of experience in civil project coordination/management. • Strongunderstanding of civil site operations, materials, and machinery. • Excellent communication and team-handling skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation. • Strongorganizational and multitasking capabilities.🔹Preferred Qualities: • Leadership mindset • Problem-solving ability • Client-oriented approach • Attention to detail
