B) Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning Monitoring & Site Management.  Prepare & Monitoring of detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.  Coordinate with stake holders & design reviews, & of drawings.  Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.  Lead site supervision teams and ensure proper execution of civil PEB & structural works.  Manage contractors, & vendors; ensure their compliance with quality and safety requirements.  Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly. 2. Quality & Safety Control.  Implement and enforce quality control procedures in line with project specifications and industry standards.  Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory norms at all project sites.  Coordinate third-party inspections and audits. 3. Cost & Contract Management  Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and budget forecasts.  Checking of contractor bills, variations/claims, and ensure transparency in commercial dealings.  Work with procurement teams for vendor selection based on technical and commercial evaluation. 4.
