Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Construction Project Coordinator. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and efficient execution. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, collaborating with teams across various departments, monitoring project budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Experience in general Project Management, including planning and execution
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant construction software and tools is advantageous
• Commitment to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
