About The Role

We are hiring an experienced

Manager – Planning

to lead project planning and scheduling for our high-rise residential projects in Gurgaon. The role demands expertise in developing master schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position offers the opportunity to work on landmark developments while collaborating with project directors, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and master project plans.
  • Lead stakeholder coordination and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and prepare monthly delay reports.
  • Forecast and track critical contracts, procurement schedules, and resources.
  • Utilize project monitoring apps and software for real-time tracking.
  • Analyze construction drawings/specifications for feasibility and efficiency.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies for risks and delays.
  • Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.

Skills & Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) for planning and scheduling.
  • Strong experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, project monitoring tools).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in construction planning.
