Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and progress milestones.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical works for integrated execution of ETP/STP or industrial wastewater projects.

2. Site Coordination & Supervision

  • Supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality output.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan corrective actions.
  • Liaise with the design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of drawings and materials.
  • Manage multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring standardization and uniform reporting.

3. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Implement Greenleaf’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across all sites.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, client safety norms, and environmental guidelines.
  • Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; ensure corrective actions for deviations.
  • Conduct periodic audits and safety briefings at project sites.

4. Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor project budgets, material usage, and manpower costs.
  • Control wastage and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and Purchase departments for vendor billing, work certifications, and cost tracking.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Review and approve daily progress reports, site logs, and material consumption statements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Support in preparation of work completion, handover, and as-built documentation.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Develop a positive work culture emphasizing teamwork, safety, and accountability.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training or mentoring for site teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: 8–15 years in construction management, preferably in wastewater treatment plants, industrial ETP/STP, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale project execution.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and quality systems.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD and reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle client interactions and technical discussions confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
